Qu Xu Ping

"Tea Ceremony, Tea Art, Tea Culture Lecture" was invited to give a lecture by teacher Qu Xuping. She is the deputy secretary-general of China International Tea Culture Research Association, the executive director of Zhejiang Chuanzhong Academy of Traditional Chinese Art, the secretary-general of Hangzhou Shangcheng Tea Culture Research Association, "Intangible cultural heritage protection project leader, a master's degree student in educational leadership, and a national-level psychological counselor. Teacher Qu Xuping from Hangzhou, the hometown of Longjing tea, said that the classification of Chinese tea can be divided into six categories according to the quality characteristics and the degree of fermentation; green tea, black tea, oolong tea (green tea), white tea, yellow tea, and black tea. The six major types of tea that are processed again are called "reprocessed teas", such as scented tea, pressed tea, and tea beverages.
